AI moves quickly.
Accountability must keep pace.
Unowned AI use
Tools and agents expand without a consistent inventory or accountable sponsor.
Policy without operation
Rules exist, but intake, approvals and exceptions are handled differently across teams.
Weak control evidence
Leaders cannot consistently explain how risks are reviewed or controls are operated.
What Inforedge helps improve.
Advisory defines priorities. Implementation delivers separately approved changes.

What does enterprise AI governance consulting include?
Inventory and ownership design, risk classification, policy and approval workflows, control-gap review and a governance roadmap. Technical implementation is separately scoped and depends on validated capability and licensing.
Is a specific technology mandatory?
No. Public service positioning is platform-neutral. Tool selection follows the customer environment, evidence needs and approved delivery scope.
Does governance include autonomous agents?
Where scoped, review identities, permissions, data sources, permitted actions, human approval points and suspension paths. Specific agents and platforms must be named.
What access and participation are required?
A business sponsor, data owners, security/privacy representatives and legal participation where required. Review inventories, policies, contracts and approved configuration or log access; agree telemetry and retention boundaries.
Is this a compliance certification?
No. Deliverables document controls, gaps and decisions. Legal interpretations and acceptance of risk remain with the customer; no legal opinion, regulatory certificate or guarantee is provided.
How does ongoing governance work?
Agree inventory maintenance, exception handling, review cadence, evidence ownership and escalation. Continuous monitoring and incident response are not included in this governance service. Any request for them requires separate capability validation and an explicit agreement.
