Clear answers.
Before you commit.
Scope, evidence and responsibilities for an informed first engagement.
What does portfolio and investment prioritization include?
A scoped initiative review, common decision criteria, capacity and funding scenarios, and a documented investment decision process. It supports executive judgment; it does not transfer funding authority to Inforedge.
Do you recommend which initiatives to stop?
Where included in scope, recommendations can cover funding, sequencing, deferral or stopping. Show evidence confidence, mandatory obligations, sunk commitments and dependencies; the customer approves the decision.
Is a scoring model enough?
Scores are one decision aid. Capacity, dependency constraints, risk, obligations and evidence quality must also be visible. We agree the criteria with decision owners rather than apply a proprietary universal score.
Do we need ServiceNow SPM?
No. Advisory can use your existing evidence and reporting tools. ServiceNow SPM configuration, migration or integrations require separate scope and appropriate customer licensing.
What evidence is needed?
Provide the initiative list, business cases, budget and resource assumptions, dependencies and relevant obligations. Missing evidence is tracked rather than presented as a precise ranking.
How is this different from technology strategy?
Technology strategy chooses a direction and execution path. Investment prioritization chooses which competing initiatives should receive funding and capacity, and when to reconsider them.
