Clear answers.
Before you commit.
Scope, evidence and responsibilities for an informed first engagement.
What does technology strategy and execution include?
A scoped review of business priorities and the technology landscape, an options assessment, an execution roadmap and governance recommendations. Delivery mobilization is included only where contracted; implementation is separately scoped.
How is this different from portfolio prioritization?
Technology strategy establishes direction and the path into execution. Portfolio prioritization compares competing initiatives to decide what to fund, sequence, defer or stop. This service can provide inputs to that investment decision.
Can we start with one initiative?
Yes. A bounded application, cloud, AI or operating-model decision can be the first engagement. Broader enterprise coverage requires an agreed scope.
What information is needed?
Provide business goals, current architecture and application information, existing plans, budget constraints and access to decision owners. Record missing evidence as assumptions before approving the roadmap.
Does the roadmap include implementation?
The roadmap defines a delivery path. Cloud migration, application modernization, platform configuration and deployment require separate work packages, validated capability and customer approval.
What determines cost, timing and success?
Breadth, evidence quality, stakeholder availability and technical dependencies shape the plan. Agree milestones and acceptance criteria during discovery; the customer retains budget and strategic decisions.
