- Release with confidence
Illustrative operating model · not a product screenshot or customer result.
More apps and flows.
More than a prototype is needed.
Manual work persists
Spreadsheets and disconnected approvals slow everyday processes.
Platform growth is uneven
Environments, connectors and app ownership become inconsistent.
Releases feel fragile
Testing, lifecycle management and support lag behind development.
What Inforedge helps improve.
Advisory defines priorities. Implementation delivers separately approved changes.
Power Apps & workflow automation
Design bounded business apps and Power Automate workflows around users and exceptions.
Environment strategy & governance
Define ownership, access, connector controls and DLP/data policies.
ALM & release practices
Plan solution packaging, pipelines and tested promotion between environments.
Modernization & optimization
Assess existing apps and flows, prioritize changes and plan maintainable support.
Specific products, integrations and implementation depend on validated capability, customer entitlements and the agreed engagement scope.
Clear stages. Agreed decision gates.

What does Power Platform consulting include?
Process and platform assessment, solution design, environment strategy, data policies and lifecycle planning. Power Apps, Power Automate implementation and optimization are included only within validated, contracted scope.
Can governance come before building an app?
Yes. Start with inventory, environments, ownership, connector/data policies and ALM. A Center of Excellence requires an operating model and responsibilities; installing a toolkit alone does not establish it.
What licenses and access are needed?
A platform administrator, process sponsor, source-system owners and approved development access. Confirm premium connectors, Dataverse, Managed Environments and capacity needs before committing to an architecture.
Do we need Dataverse or custom integrations?
That depends on data, security, transaction volume and lifecycle requirements. Custom APIs and source-system integration are separately assessed and explicitly scoped.
Does this include Copilot Studio?
Agent development is a separate workstream with additional data-access, action-control and evaluation requirements. It is not automatically included in an app or automation engagement.
Who maintains the solution after release?
Name business and technical owners before deployment. The release includes agreed acceptance and handover. Enhancement or managed support requires explicit coverage, response expectations, escalation and exit terms.
